Dr. Debra Schmidt, L.P.C., Th.D., Ph.D. - Chancellor (Board of Regents)
Dr. Schmidt holds doctorates in Theology and Biblical Psychology from The Institute of Theology and Christian Therapy University. She founded and serves as president of Crossroads Bible College and Theological Seminary, as well as Crossroads Christian Ministries. As a Licensed Pastoral Counselor, Dr. Schmidt sits on the Board of Chaplains International. Additionally, she serves as Regional Supervisor for Texas and Oklahoma with the Evangelical Christian Church and Day Spring International, and holds the office of Bishop. Dr. Schmidt operates in the gifts of Prophecy, Knowledge, Evangelism, and more. Her passion lies in Missions and Counseling, with a focus on spreading the gospel of Christ to foreign countries.
Dr. Dale A. Scadron, M.Div.,Th.D. Vice President - (Board of Regents)
Dr. Scadron is an ordained minister with the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel and holds ecclesiastical endorsement. He holds a Masters of Divinity and Doctorate in Theology from Crossroads Bible College and Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in Literature (honoris causa) from Omega Bible Institute and Seminary. He is the former Senior Chaplain for the Kern County Lerdo Detention Facility and Senior Administrative Chaplain for the Kern County Sheriff’s law enforcement section. Dr. Scadron is founder and president of Chaplains International, Inc., and Chaplains College of Pastoral Ministry. He is a former assistant pastor at historic Angelus Temple located in the heart of Los Angeles California. Dr. Scadron was a former instructor at Angelus Bible Institute where he taught on the subjects of Pastoral Counseling, Apologetics, and Christian Education. Currently he serves on staff as a chaplain at the Taft Correctional Facility located in Taft California. Dr Scadron has been with Crossroads since 2001.
Dr Sue Reed, Ph.D. - Dean of Students
Dr. Reed earned her Ph.D. from the College of Education at the University of Arizona, specializing in language, reading and culture, and special education. Over the years, she has taught young children with speech/language impediments and those who are deaf or hard of hearing in grades pre-school through 12th grade in public and center-based schools. Dr. Reed also taught and worked at Cochise College as well as the University of Arizona (UA) for 13 years. At the University of Arizona, she directed a longitudinal study that followed deaf and hard of hearing students in public schools. Dr. Reed is the author of a book on deaf education and the author/co-author of numerous articles published in juried professional journals in deafness. She continues to write professionally with colleagues at the University of Arizona.
Dr Terry Cartwright: PhD.- Old Testament
Dr. Terry Cartwright has a doctorate in Theology and Religious Studies. He wrote "The Days of Noah" with other publications on Old Testament prophecy. Living in Wisconsin with his wife, Dr. Cartwright focuses on public speaking and spreading God's message. He has been with Crossroads since 2001.
Rev. Jim Hutchins, B.A., M.A. – Faculty (Christian Education)
Jim Hutchins holds a bachelors degree of Christian Education from Andersonville Theological Seminary, and a master degree of Christian Education from Crossroads Bible College and Theological Seminary and is working on his Doctorate of Ministry program from Andersonville Theological Seminary. He currently serves as senior pastor at God’s Community Church located in Bessemer Alabama. He has been with Crossroads since 2004
Patricia H. Greaves: Chief Editor-Staff Writer
Patricia H. Greaves is the wife of Bishop Dr. Vincent L. Greaves D.D. Sr. Senior Pastor of Prayer Tabernacle International, www.prayertabernacleinc.com located in Brooklyn, NY. In addition to working with her husband in ministry, they parent a total of 6 children. She is currently earning her BA in Business Management through Liberty University and will continue her education, endeavoring to obtain her Master's in Education and Counseling. Patricia is serving her country on active duty in the United States Army. She is a Staff Sergeant Promotable. Of all that she does, she puts God first and is excited about working with Crossroads Theological Seminary and Ministries as Chief Editor. We are also looking forward to her contributions to new courses for the students at Crossroads. Pastor Greaves also hosts an internet talk show entitled Jesus, My Mic and Me which can be accessed through www.shilohstreaming.com every Monday between 8 - 10 p.m. God is doing great things and she is looking to publish her first book by the end of this year and many more in the coming year. Interim Chaplain Elizabeth Blaylock Schmidt: Administrative Assistant.
Elizabeth is a professional chaplain with Crossroads Theological Seminary in our Southern Division in Texas. She is currently working with children who lack spiritual support at home. Elizabeth plays a significant role in her church's outreach ministry for children, which has expanded from nine to nearly thirty participants.
Rebekah King, Web Technician
Rebekah leads the Technical Department at Crossroads and assists in the Administrative office as time allows. She embraced her faith at the age of 8 and received the Holy Spirit at 10. Rebekah enjoys a range of activities, including art, singing, skating, reading, drawing, and web design. After college, she intends to pursue a career in counseling and criminal justice. Rebekah has been with the Crossroads team since 1999.
Pastor Anthony Quintal, CHPLN: Vocational Director
Rev Anthony Quintal, M.Th., is a native of Newport, Rhode Island and a 24 year veteran of the US Army. He holds Bachelor degrees in Political Science from the University of Maine, Biblical Studies from Liberty University and a Master in Theology from Crossroads Theological Seminary. He is currently working towards completion of his formal education as a Doctoral student at Liberty University. He has been working as a counselor/ Chaplain for the past 10 years; providing career, marriage and family counseling and lifetime goal planning. He is an ordained Baptist minister and is currently serving as the Pastor of His Word Christian Fellowship church. "I believe in the inerrant Word of God. In the Bible, Almighty God has given us all the answers to an abundant life, if we have the heart, Mind and spirit to accept and do that which we are told by our Creator." Anthony has been with Crossroads since 2004.
Dr. Len Thies, B.Ed., M.Ed., Th.D. – Faculty
Dr. Thies holds a Bachelor of Education Degree and a Master Degree of Education, and is a former teacher of Public School Administration studies. He holds two ministry diplomas from Oral Roberts University and holds a Doctorate of Theology Degree from Crossroads Bible College and Theological Seminary. He is founder and president of Rock of Ages Fellowship International, Inc. Dr Len Thies has been with Crossroads since 2003.
